A: When a digital signal processor video camera is used in a fluorescent lamp, it can only produce a serious color scrolling image. The image turns from white to blue, pink to white, and so on. This is due to problems caused by AC power running at 50/60 Hz. The incandescent bulb provides a steady light, while the light of the fluorescent lamp is 8 as high as the intensity and color of the alternating current. The speed of 3ms fluctuates. The traditional camera calculates that the white balance requires 100~150ms (0.1 ~ 0.15), which is 8 slower than alternating current. 5ms, and therefore can never be caught. Color scrolling can be produced clearly by 8 cycles of the current image.
