Decorative light brightness perspective
The amount of LED light output will vary depending on the type of chip and the method of packaging and other differences. But there is no uniform standard in the world to measure its brightness. In general, the total amount of illumination of an LED is measured by the height of a spot in the axial direction and is represented by a (MCD) candle. An LED with a very high degree of value does not mean that its light output is very high. To calculate its total light output, it must take into account its illumination angle. The viewing angle of the LED is also a function of the LED chip type and its function of splitting or astigmatizing the epoxy housing. LEDs of different chips and package housings have different brightness values. If the two LEDs have the same brightness value, the larger the illumination angle is, the larger the light output is.
